Responsible Development for Dubai
This project presents the opportunity to explore a new responsible approach to development. The scale of the scheme would support a green energy strategy providing power and cooling, efficiently and cleanly. The towers are laid out to optimize self shading properties as well as maximising views from the apartments. This development could be carbon neutral and amongst the greenest in the world. The sustainability agenda for this project is solid state and is embedded in the site planning strategy.
